RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We want you to love your new treasures, and get the most wear out of them. However, we understand that online shopping can be tricky at times, and you are certainly allowed to change your mind! Not to worry, we will make it right! Please take a peek at our return & exchange policies below.
ONLINE EXCHANGE POLICY
- Regular priced merchandise can be exchanged within ten days from the date your order was delivered. Please ensure that all returns are unworn, and have no signs of damage.
- We suggest returning your products in the original packaging, however as long as they are padded and well protected you can pack them as you wish!
- Please ship your order with tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for orders that are shipped without tracking or insurance. Please note that return shipping fees, duties and/or taxes are non-refundable and will not be included in the credited amount.
- For all international returns, we do not cover any costs (duties/taxes) associated with returns. Please choose 'returned goods', when filling out the customs documentation. If 'returned goods' is not checked off, the return will be refused.
- Once your return is received, your account will be credited within 1-2 business days. If you are making an exchange, your order will be shipped within this same time frame.
- Please note, all custom orders and sale items are final sale!
IN-STORE EXCHANGE POLICY
- Regular priced merchandise accompanied with a valid purchase receipt can be exchanged within ten days from the original purchase date.
- Items must be unworn, and have no signs of damage. All original tags must be attached.
- For exchanges made with a gift receipt, please note that the exchange period is noted on the gift receipt.
- Upon exchange, a store credit will be issued which can be used at any of our shops, including Silver Lotus, Rooster and Small Mercies.
- Please note, all custom orders and sale items are final.
SHIPPING
I placed my order, what happens next?
- We do our very best to have your order shipped within two business days from today's date.
How will my order be shipped?
- For all Canadian orders, we ship using Canada Post, Canpar & Purolator. For all US orders we ship using Canada Post, Purolator & FedEx. For Canada Post shipments the order is transferred off to the United States Postal Service (USPS) once it lands in the USA.
- Canada: Delivers up to 2 business days from the dispatch date.
- United States: Delivers up to 7 business days from the dispatch date.
- US orders can be further delayed by customs and the USPS. These delays are beyond our control and we are unable to supply any detailed information on why or how long your parcel may be delayed. However, we do supply a tracking number with each order, so you are able to track your order and receive updates with the carrier.
How much is shipping?
- For all orders that are shipping within Canada, we charge a rate of $20.00 CAD.
- For all orders that are shipping to the United States, we charge a rate of $30.00 CAD.
Will I be charged duties & taxes?
- Canada: Taxes are applied at check-out according to the province of the shipping address provided.
- United States: Taxes are applied at check-out according to the state of the shipping address provided.
- For all orders shipping to the United States, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for, all orders are declared at their full purchase value. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Please keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
